The Airity LT (Light & Tough) combines the extreme power and retrieval power of the MQ construction with the LT construction. By using a lightweight Zaion reel body with MQ construction, Daiwa engineers have succeeded in constructing an extremely light yet torsion-resistant reel that guarantees enormous retrieving power and longevity thanks to the MQ housing. The MQ construction enables the use of an extra large gear drive wheel that can permanently withstand the high stresses of spin fishing with braided lines and rubber fish. The milled Tough Digigear gear offers perfect smoothness and sensitivity so that even the smallest bites can be felt right down to your fingers. The ergonomic Hi-Grip crank knob sits securely and firmly in the hand, even with wet fingers.
