Aluminum sleeves are a bit softer than copper or brass. Some folks prefer them for rigging up mono. In my estimation its purely subjective and personal choice. More often Ill use the double-well style, but there are times when aluminum becomes a first choice. Try em both and arrive at your own conclusion. The sleeves are packed 10-50/box depending upon size.
