The JX is a classic all-rounder for Avet, it’s the most versatile size for SoCal and many other areas covering line classes from 25-60lb while maintaining a small and palmable size. They have plenty of line capacity and can be used for flylining live bait, casting irons and even yoyo iron jigging.

These models come with the MC cast control so they excel at casting lures. The magnet resists the motion of the spool the faster it spins, with larger lures you can get the spool to spin a lot quicker than with a 5″ sardine so you get more braking when you need it.
