The Long Distance Sea Trout models were developed with Daiwa team anglers Tim Jaschke and Horst Hennings and adapted to the needs of experienced sea trout anglers. Tim Jaschke’s 3.2 and 3 m long rods are particularly suitable for transporting smaller baits to enormous distances. The 3.05 m long rod from Horst Hennings can be loaded excellently with slightly heavier baits and catapults coastal spoons and wobblers uncompromisingly towards the horizon, even in very difficult fishing conditions. The backbone of these exceptional rods made of HVF carbon fiber with proven Nanoplus technology was chosen so that an effective strike can be made at any distance and there is enough sensitivity to cushion quick, sudden escapes from hooked salmonids. The 3 m long model goes into a parabolic action during the fight and is therefore particularly suitable for using very thin lines. The X45 technology makes it possible to increase the torsional strength of the blank through the special arrangement of the carbon fibers – the properties of this technology are particularly evident on very long rods. The long EVA handles offer ideal leverage and support the balance of the rods. Equipped with Fuji Alconite K-rings and exclusive DAIWA Air Sensor reel seat.
