Gamakatsu Split Shot, Drop Shot Hooks have the right bend to make the bait presentation at the right angle. The preferred knot is the palomar but make sure you take your tag line and run it through the eye of the hook to finish the knot.

We like this hook because it’s very sharp and has the perfect angle for drop shot rigs and split shot rigs. The wire is thin so hookups are solid, allowing you to get the fish in.
