The Megabass Pop-X, first introduced in 1996, revolutionized the traditional popper design by incorporating a gill system and meticulous attention to detail. While the stunning contours and hand-painted finish are visually appealing, the true innovation lies in the Megabass original Side-Stepping Balancer (PAT.) system. This technology utilizes a fixed tungsten weight at the tail and a spherical tungsten balancer at the front, allowing for a unique walking-style action with small twitches of slack line.
