The PENN HD Line Winder is designed to be corrosion resistant and provides greater line tension when spooling large saltwater reels. With the ability to apply up to 10lbs of drag pressure while spooling it is also able to accept a wide variety of bulk spool sizes and is designed to keep a spool of line stationery while manually winding line on to your reel.
