How to Change Retrieve on the Redington Rise:
1. Loosen drag and remove spool from reel frame
2. Remove the c-clip (silver) from the top of the hub (black with brass insert)
3. Remove hub from spindle
4. Pull the retrieve bearing (silver) from the base of the spindle
5. Flip the bearing and place back onto spindle
6. Replace hub, c-clip, and reattach spool
