The Megabass DX-Free 2.0 lure comes equipped with a patented balancing system that utilizes a heavy tungsten ball which can move freely within the lure. There are three positions for the ball, each with a specific function. The initial position is at the tail of the body, allowing for accurate, long-range, and controllable casting. As the lure is retrieved, the ball moves towards the head, quickly adjusting the depth of the lure for effective fishing. The weight then shifts towards the center of the body during retrieval, maintaining a stable and high-frequency motion. This model has a maximum operating depth of 2 meters.
