The Stealth series is new and improved for the 2022 model year, bringing more weight savings and improvements in component design. The new models are around 15% lighter than the old, which is very impressive considering they were already very light and powerful rods. The STKs are a general purpose rod series which do great in just about any casting scenario, anything from bait on the lighter line classes to a variety of lures like stickbaits and poppers. The rods vary in length depending on line class, the heavier the line class the longer the rod has to be in order to get a good cast on a heavier lure. For these you will generally want to keep the casting weight in mind more than the line class since that determines what you can get away with casting.

One thing to watch out with these rods is going overkill on reel size, the 72M has a 25 size stripper guide so youll want to use a smaller reel to get the most performance. The variance in guide sizes is also what allows these rods to be lighter without sacrificing performance.
